Is there a difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

Cold brew is smoother and less acidic and iced coffee on the other hand can be bitter. The main difference comes from the brewing process. Many times the "iced coffee" that most coffee shops offer is brewed normally with hot water, then chilled in the refrigerator.

Cold brew on the other hand is "brewed" by placing ground coffee beans in water (1:5 ratio) and allowing it to seep for 18-24 hours and then strained with a coffee filter, cheesecloth, or a mesh item. Cold brew is smooth, mellow flavor and can be drank black or with added sweetener or cream.

Hopedealerz cold brew coffee is growing in popularity and one of the reasons is we do not skip any important step. I have found that rushing the process produces a less than desirable product.
